Cinemon: Cinema + Cinnamon

During my fifteen years in production I’ve worked lots of hours on lots of films and television shows with lots of famous people and this has all given me lots of stories to tell, but the ones that I will tell you here are strictly culinary. A happy coincidence in my life, unemployment and a growing obsession with baking led me to pastry school and opened the door to a host of new jobs.

Baker, private chef, food stylist- these days I’m just as likely to be wielding a chef’s knife as a walkie. Sometimes both. The irony that all my vocations require getting up early, standing all day and getting dirty is not lost on me.
